Volunteer at PMG Information
PMG is fortunate to have a large, committed group of volunteers. We are not actively seeking new volunteers for 2026. However, we are keeping a list of those interested in future orientation dates. If you would like to be added to this list, please read the volunteer FAQs and complete our volunteer application. You may email us at volunteer@phillymagicgardens.org if you have any questions.
As a small nonprofit, we depend on a dedicated volunteer team to help us maintain our space for the community and to educate visitors about our unique site, our founding artist Isaiah Zagar, and other art environments around the world. We feel volunteers are the best advocates for PMG because they embody a commitment to our mission.
Volunteering at PMG allows you to:
- Educate yourself and others about the PMG site, Isaiah Zagar’s background, neighborhood history, folk art, mosaic technique, and art environments
- Meet interesting visitors from all over the world
- Spend time in an inspiring space
- Take part in programs and events
- Earn free membership to PMG
