Event Description
PMG creator Isaiah Zagar starts a mural with unique handmade elements he calls “blobs.” Isaiah makes blobs by pouring pancakes of colorful cement on a table. Before the blobs dry, he adds other elements like broken dishes, tiles, and pieces of folk art. Today we will make miniature blobs inside jar lids that you can take home.
Discover Isaiah’s real blobs during free tours of PMG’s fully mosaicked basement at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.
PECO Family Jams are PMG’s family-oriented programs, held on the second Sunday of every month between noon and 4:00 pm. Crafts and basement tours are included with regular admission to PMG. Purchase your regular admission tickets in advance.
