PECO Family Jams: Mini Mosaic Fridge Magnet

Event Description

Join us in making crafts inspired by “Laying the Foundation,” an exhibition which looks at the evolution of five sites fully mosaicked by PMG creator Isaiah Zagar.  Create your own mosaicked fridge magnet with a variety of unexpected objects and a small ceramic tile as a base.  Join our free basement tours to learn more about the Zagar Method of mosaic making and the properties Isaiah and his wife Julia have transformed into total works of art over the last six decades.

PECO Family Jams are PMG’s one-of-a-kind, family-oriented programs, featured every second Sunday of the month between noon and 4:00 pm. Reservations are not required for PECO Family Jams. Crafts and basement tours are included with regular admission. Purchase your tickets in advance.
