In September 2009, an organization of business executives and owners from some of the leading companies in Philadelphia held a private event at PMG. Over 100 guests took a starlit stroll through our outdoor labyrinth, savored catered hors d'oeuvres, and enjoyed an on-stage presentation by local filmmakers. PMG founding artist Isaiah Zagar also taught guests his own tile-making techniques. The event's organizer remarked that PMG is "one of the most interesting and colorful locations we've ever visited in Philadelphia for an event."

In September 2009, this lovely couple had a formal seated ceremony at PMG, complete with a strolling mariachi band and a butterfly release at the end of the ceremony. The Spring/Summer 2010 issue of Brides Philadelphia featured the wedding on a two-page spread. The newlyweds chose PMG "as a way to support our local community. Plus, its unique art pieces added a colorful and cultural vibe to our wedding."

In March 2010, PMG hosted an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. While we frequently work with outside catering companies, the happy couple provided their own food to be grilled and enjoyed on site.

For the second year in a row, a local non-profit organization has selected PMG as the "visually magnificent space and backdrop" for their fundraiser. The non-profit's co-founder sees a relationship between the way her business is run and the foundations of Isaiah Zagar's art. "Isaiah takes lovely, disconnected items and makes magic. We put together shoppers, donors, and volunteers and make something beautiful and important for the community." The organization's proceeds benefit groups involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS around Philadelphia.
